Viagra. The only emails I get are the "enlarge your penis naturally" emails. They always come with enticing subject lines like, "Please her in bed tonight," or, "Wanna show her the real deal?" Frankly, they're starting to give me an inferiority complex. The contents of the emails, however, generally consist of random strings of characters.
